1. Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Essonify and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis.
Monthly PlansRenews automatically each month on your billing date.
Annual PlansRenews automatically each year on your billing date.
2. Your Right to Cancel
A user may cancel a subscription at any time through the Account Settings in the Essonify web portal.
- Cancellation stops FUTURE renewals only.
- Your plan remains ACTIVE until the end of your current paid period.
- No prorated refunds are issued for unused days.
3. Refund Policy & Exceptions
As a general rule, all subscription fees are nonrefundable once charged. However, we may consider refunds in specific "By Exception" cases:
Duplicate transactions
Incorrect billing amounts
Fraudulent transactions
Material technical failure
System or processing errors
Refunds generally won't be provided for failure to cancel before renewal, non-use of service, or dissatisfaction based on preference.
